Story of a Stubborn Lady

Assalamualaikum my dear readers,

Today I would like to share with you a story of a stubborn lady, named Miss A. 

Well, it happened that Miss A sign up for a class to improve her skill on financial. There were a few series of classes she has to undergo but the interesting part was on the first session which was dedicated for motivation.

She arrived a bit late so she just fill in an empty seat she could find. She sat in the middle of two ladies since there were three seats in a row. 

Not long after, the facilitator asked everyone to write down 3 goals that they want to achieve within 12 months.

She love this part as she already had a clear vision of what goals she wanted to achieve. All were about money and she accurately state how much she wanted for each goal. As she love it and knew what to write, she finished writing in a few minutes.

Once the facilitator ensure every one in the class finished, he asked them to cross one of their goal.

Miss A wondered why the facilitator asked to cross the goal after the whole class had given the effort writing down the goals. She did not follow through.

Then the facilitator asked everyone to slash another one of the goals. 

She refused to follow as she wanted to stick with her goals even though she saw everyone were slashing theirs.

The facilitator then asked everyone to cancel out the last goal as well...

Miss A was so stubborn that she did not cross, slash or cancel out any of her goals. She whispered to her self, why should I cancel out something that are mine!

Suddenly, the facilitator asked, "Any objection?"

Miss A was so anxious that time and she raised her hand. And she was the only person raised hand.

The facilitator was surprised and asked, "Yes?"

Miss H answered, "I'm sorry, no cancellation from me!"

The facilitator then asked the class, "Any other objection?" but no one answered.

Then the facilitator smiled and said, "Can I say that she is the best student?"

He then explained that the cancellation was a test to see how a person should stick to their goal. Even though in his class, everyone should follow his instruction but does not mean he has the right to asked the students to cancel their goals.

It meant that no one should have the right to cancel out someone else's goals!

So, I hope you are moved by this inspiration story. Sometime you just have to be a little stubborn and stick to what you want or need to make sure you get it. 

Because no one else will understand and work for what you need other than yourself! 

But they will surely see and understand after you achieve it!

Kenapa Perlu Jadi Jutawan?

Perasan tak lately ramai sangat yang nak jadi JUTAWAN? Especially sesiapa yang pernah pergi kelas motivasi Dr. Azizan Osman...kita tengok ramai yang bersemangat nak capai tahap JUTAWAN tu.

Kenapa ye?

Pasti ada sebab kenapa kita perlu jadi JUTAWAN? Kenapa perlu ada income yang BESAR?

Income yang BESAR bukan hanya untuk perbelanjaan yang BESAR tapi savings yang BESAR. Untuk apa? Untuk siapa? 

Bagi saya sebab No #1 adalah kerana kita perlukan senjata untuk menghadapi apa yang dipanggil INFLASI. 

Saya bagi contoh pendidikan. Masa saya belajar degree of engineering dari tahun 2002 hingga 2007, total perbelanjaan RM35,000 which saya ambil jumlah biasiswa yang saya dapat dulu. Cukup-cukup untuk bayar semua fee dan tampung perbelanjaan yang sewajarnya sebagai student.

Average Malaysia's inflation rate ialah 3.75%, boleh rujuk sini. 

Jadi, saya cuba calculate berapa yang saya perlukan jika my son nak ambil degree nanti which 16 tahun dari sekarang dengan inflation rate of 3.75% using this calculator. It's RM63,000!

Nampak tak perbezaan tu? Double! 

Tu baru for education...perbelanjaan lain macam makanan rasanya lebih tinggi inflation. Harga kuih naik double in less than 5 years, harga susu anak naik sesuka hati, dan lain-lain contoh yang kita boleh fikir sendiri..

So, sebab tu dari sekarang sewaktu usia masih muda kita perlu mula untuk menyimpan dan ada BIG income! If not, kita yang akan bekerja tanpa henti hanya untuk meet the ends need..

In GLAMpreneur, it is not impossible to be a JUTAWAN because kita dah melahirkan bukan SATU, DUA, TIGA tapi berPULUH-PULUH orang yang ada 5/6-figure income! A very flexible business that you can run in part-time pun.

Jika kita niat dan nekad

Assalamualaikum my dear friends,

I just come back from taking measurement with one client. And I feel very happy dapat jumpa this client yang ada prospect yang besar. Dia seorang stewardess...tentulah cantik orangnya tapi masih mahu mencuba produk Premium Beautiful.

Alhamdulillah Allah pertemukan saya dengan dia...sangat bersyukur. Bermula nya dia contact saya melalui brochure yang saya letakkan di kereta dia yang dia park di satu shopping complex. And I still remember masa tu saya distribute brochure sambil-sambil keluar outing with my family.

Sebenarnya brochure tu tak banyak pun dan saya cuma gunakan apa yang ada sambil berdoa Allah murahkan rezeki saya walaupun hanya seorang Client. Rupanya Client yang saya dapat bukan calang-calang orang....Client yang boleh bantu dapatkan lebih ramai Client. Seronok kan....:)

Memang betul, bila kita mulakan langkah dan cuba InsyaAllah pasti Allah bukakan jalan untuk kita. Saja saya nak share di sini kisah saya membeli rumah.

Dulu masa mula-mula kahwin saya cuma dapat lihat kawan yang kahwin terus dapat rumah baru sendiri...memang seronok tengok. Dalam diam-diam saya tetapkan dalam hati saya nak beli rumah tahun depannya which is last year 2012.

Memang betul, tahun lepas saya dapat juga beli rumah yang saya sendiri puas hati walaupun masa tu cash yang ada cuma cukup untuk bayar deposit rumah RM2,000. 

Dan selebihnya saya dan suami keluarkan duit KWSP untuk bayar the balance 5%. Ya, kebetulan developer just request 5% downpayment sahaja which cukup-cukup duit Account 2 saya dan suami. Rezeki dari Allah sebab saya memang nak sangat rumah tu...

Dan saya memang percaya jika kita nak, berdoa pada Allah, pasti Allah akan buka jalan...cuma kita perlu niat dan nekad.

Sebab tu dalam bisnes ni saya niat dan nekad...saya nak triple kan income saya tahun ni which dapat 5-figure income. InsyaAllah, saya yakin Allah akan bantu saya. 

Jika anda pun seperti saya, nak dapat income yang besar untuk bantu family, penat dengan kerja dan tekanan office yang tak pernah sudah, nak ada fleksibiliti urus masa sendiri, jangan tunggu lama-lama. Hanya niat dan nekad, insyaAllah pasti ada jalannya...

Love is in the air :)

Yes, I have fallen in loove again....have truly deeply madly in love with this beautiful business since I started to join the first class in GLAM. I have written how I felt after the first class in my post My fulfilling Friday night

But now the feeling is even deeper. I feel sooo much happier ever since joining this business. I feel soo positive, see things beautifully, and i feel my relationship with people around me has improved tremendously. 

Guess this because, I have great leaders.

My leader Azniza Arshad we just know each other...through online.  We are friend for less than a month but I heart her soo much. Always giving me positive supports and help. Always, I am inspired to see her post in her Instagram. She is a soo positive person. 

My mentor CDM Maisarah Ibrahim is such a lovely person. A person that I adore. Gentle but powerful in leadership. She always smile...and I aam so want to be like her. 

When I see these people, I see a better person of myself. Kata orang, people change because of 2 things. Orang yang kita berkawan dan buku yang kita baca. I want to change to this beautiful me. Not only from outside but also in the inside.

I want to be a person that inspired, support, help and love others. Just want to see, be and feel beautiful from inside out.

The 6 Figure Income People

In my previous entry, I've mentioned CDM Raz and CDM Hanis, our GLAM founder right. So, just wanna talk a bit much about the CDMs in GLAM

CDM means Crown Diamond Manager which is the highest level or position in this business. At this level, CDM usually earn 5-6 figure income!

I truly inspired by CDM Hanis as she is my age and already earn 6-figure income!

I'm also inspired by my group leader CDM Maisarah Ibrahim. She is a very friendly person....you will always see smiles on her face. The smiles of people that already achieve freedom in their life. Time and financial freedom.

They are people that already achieve FREEDOM in their life....and I want to be there as well.

Financial Freedom

Everyone is saying that they want to have a financial freedom. I bet you are one of them....since you are keen enough to read this post right ;p

But do you really know what it means? Does it mean having a stable job and live life without debt? Is it enough? How do you know if you already achieve it?

Well, according to the book 'Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires' written by Adam Khoo, there are Four Levels of Wealth which...

Level 1: Financial Stability
Achieved when

1. You have enough CASH to cover your current expenses for minimum of 6 months. Example if your expenses are RM3000/month, you need to have cash of at least RM18,000!
2. You have life and hospitalization insurance to cover your family in case anything happen to you.

Level 2: Financial Security

Achieved when you have PASSIVE income to cover your MOST BASIC expenses which is house, transport, food, debts and insurance. PASSIVE income are income generated from saving dividends/interets, royalties etc which is auto-generated without you working on it ya!

Level 3: Financial Freedom

Achieved when you have PASSIVE income to sustain your CURRENT LIFESTYLE. Means if your current lifestyle need RM5,000 per month, then your passive income must be able to generate RM5,000 per month la. 

Level 4: Financial Abundance

Achieved when you have PASSIVE income to sustain your DESIRED LIFESTYLE. Means if your desired lifestyle to live in bungalow, wearing designer's clothes etc, then more of passive income you need to generate.

So....you see....it is not sooo easy to achieve the financial freedom. Of course, the more your expenses are, the more you need to earn and save to GENERATE PASSIVE INCOME.

So, tepuk dada tanya selera. Which level you want to have and When?

This is why I'm running 3 jobs now...my full time job, part time business and soon another one job.

I'll be turning 30 next year and I don't want to have the same life I'm having now.

My Reason

Just a few weeks before I decided to do this business, I was actually in pondering mode.

Working as an engineer, I have a busy life. Going to meetings everyday, yet still have to manage documentation works at the office which always end up late night and weekend works. Since we are always chased by deadline.

I realize that I am just one year away to my 30's. And there are these questions that keep pondering me. What am I doing right now? Is this the life that I want to have for the next 20 years? Do I really want to do this till forever? 

I don't have the answer that time. For not knowing the answer and wanting to find one. I somehow twist the question a bit. Since orang selalu kata, do things that make us HAPPY.

Things that make me happy is when I spend time with my FAMILY. When I take care of my son, kemas rumah dan masak untuk family. I happy bila dapat hang out dengan my family kat luar. Okay, got one answer.

And the next is I happy when I have extra MONEY. Happy bila dapat tolong adik-adik and bagi duit to family. Shopping untuk diri sendiri and family. Sentiasa ada duit untuk apa saja. And I teringin nak rasa ada financial freedom. Tak ada hutang piutang lagi even hutang rumah sekali pun. 

And finally I know I can be lebih happy kalau I buat orang lain pun happy. If I can HELP them to also achieve their dream. Sebab rasanya siapa yang tak happy kalau boleh dapat dua perkara di atas kan. Family and Money.

And I found this beautiful business yang bukan saja can help me to achieve my dream to have my FAMILY and MONEY and bagi opportunity for me to HELP others but also help to improve my health and beauty. Apa yang diidamkan oleh semua wanita kan. Nak sihat dan cantik :)

So, all mothers, wifeys, and ladies out there. You will need to start asking those questions to yourself and from there you'll know what you really need in your life.

If you have the same things that I have. The same dream, why not we do this together. Since teamwork is always better than working alone. Lets fulfill our dream together and be happy together.

My fulfilling Friday night

I started my first class at Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM) last Friday night (1st March 2013). Bila masuk to the classroom, I see *wow* ramainya...the class was full house. Tak sangka so many people are doing this business means this is a GOOD BUSINESS!

The first talk, was introduction about the #1 best seller product, Premium Beautiful corset of course. I was amazed how this corset is very well designed. 

Some of the features I can remember,

*Belakang long bra is designed to be U-shape supaya tak ganggu sistem pernafasan kita 

*Ada dua lapis kain di bahagian peha di long girdle which tujuannya untuk elakkan melecet. Perlindungan untuk yang ber'paha' besar seperti ehem...diriku ini 

*Di hujung long girdle tu jugak ada renda which tujuannya untuk elakkan bergulung. Yang ni memang setuju sangat-sangat sebab I pernah pakai girdle lain and ianya mmg bergulung. Pastu kene betul-betulkan semua and sangat tak ayu okay huhu.

*dan banyak lagi features lain yang sangat menarik and when u know it, you'll know it deserves the price!

Before we end the class, CDM Raz which is our GLAM founder, CDM Hanis's husband show video of their travelog and how they were doing this business together. I was very touched and sangat inspired. Seronoknya if kita dapat run business together with our soulmate kan. I want to reach that level that I can do this together with my hubby...hmm get into that dating-together again :)
