GLAM all over Malaysia!

Assalamualaikum semua,

GLAM has officially launched classes all over Malaysia now. Started with GLAM Selatan held in Johor Bahru, then GLAM Pantai Timur held in Terengganu and GLAM Utara held in Pulau Pinang.

So, lepas ni senang la semua business partners tak perlu turun ke KL selalu untuk datang ke kelas. Yes, selalunya mereka sanggup datang jauh untuk hadiri kelas GLAM. Sampai begitu sekali usaha dan effort mereka. Sebab kelas GLAM sangat best! Kelasnya berbeza dari kelas group-group lain. 

Kadang tu di tempat lain kita kene menari menyanyi ke apa....but in GLAM we are very modern and professional okay. The messages are communicated in very different style. Nak tau apa yang best? Jom la ikut datang kelas. FREE je ;)

Kenapa Perlu Jadi Jutawan?

Perasan tak lately ramai sangat yang nak jadi JUTAWAN? Especially sesiapa yang pernah pergi kelas motivasi Dr. Azizan Osman...kita tengok ramai yang bersemangat nak capai tahap JUTAWAN tu.

Kenapa ye?

Pasti ada sebab kenapa kita perlu jadi JUTAWAN? Kenapa perlu ada income yang BESAR?

Income yang BESAR bukan hanya untuk perbelanjaan yang BESAR tapi savings yang BESAR. Untuk apa? Untuk siapa? 

Bagi saya sebab No #1 adalah kerana kita perlukan senjata untuk menghadapi apa yang dipanggil INFLASI. 

Saya bagi contoh pendidikan. Masa saya belajar degree of engineering dari tahun 2002 hingga 2007, total perbelanjaan RM35,000 which saya ambil jumlah biasiswa yang saya dapat dulu. Cukup-cukup untuk bayar semua fee dan tampung perbelanjaan yang sewajarnya sebagai student.

Average Malaysia's inflation rate ialah 3.75%, boleh rujuk sini. 

Jadi, saya cuba calculate berapa yang saya perlukan jika my son nak ambil degree nanti which 16 tahun dari sekarang dengan inflation rate of 3.75% using this calculator. It's RM63,000!

Nampak tak perbezaan tu? Double! 

Tu baru for education...perbelanjaan lain macam makanan rasanya lebih tinggi inflation. Harga kuih naik double in less than 5 years, harga susu anak naik sesuka hati, dan lain-lain contoh yang kita boleh fikir sendiri..

So, sebab tu dari sekarang sewaktu usia masih muda kita perlu mula untuk menyimpan dan ada BIG income! If not, kita yang akan bekerja tanpa henti hanya untuk meet the ends need..

In GLAMpreneur, it is not impossible to be a JUTAWAN because kita dah melahirkan bukan SATU, DUA, TIGA tapi berPULUH-PULUH orang yang ada 5/6-figure income! A very flexible business that you can run in part-time pun.
